SATISFACTION & 7-DAY NOTICE PERIOD

Premium Elite Detailing strives to deliver high-quality detailing services. If the Client is not satisfied with any portion of the service performed, the Client must notify the Service Provider within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of service completion.

The Service Provider agrees to make reasonable efforts to correct any valid concerns reported within this 7-day period.

Failure to report any issues within 7 days constitutes full acceptance of the services rendered.

After the 7-day period, the Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any complaints, damages, or issues related to the detailing service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service Provider is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Paint chips

Scratches

Fading or oxidation

Cracked or damaged trim

Interior wear, tears, or stains or any BODY damage.

The Service Provider is not liable for any worsening of pre-existing conditions that may become more visible after cleaning.

The Service Provider is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that may arise during or after detailing services.

Despite the use of safe products, Premium Elite Detailing is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to prior damage, aftermarket materials, or unknown conditions of the vehicle.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PRIOR DAMAGE

The Client understands that detailing may reveal existing imperfections that were not previously visible due to dirt or buildup. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for identifying or exposing such prior damage. 

 AGREEMENT & SIGNATURE

The Client will confirm to this agreement as follows

Option 1. With an estimate approval

Option 2. When services have been completed to their knowledge and inspected.

Option 3. Signed documents and invoice

These options serves as a binding acknowledgment of service completion and acceptance of terms.
